Visits are only RESERVED & SCHEDULED when payment is received. Your payment is confirmation your visit is needed. We will confirm on your Venmo payment it was received. Schedules are confirmed & set for the following day @ 6pm every day. Booking requests and payments sent after 6pm will not be seen until the following business day.

To help streamline processes, heres a couple of reminders:
1. Regular business hours are 9am-6pm. All requests, cancellations & payments need to be made by 6PM for the following day. Requests, cancellations & payments made after 6pm won't be seen until the following day & Last Minute Booking Fee applies.
2. Please do not send multiple emails regarding booking a service, this takes us longer to get to everyone.
3. Requests will only be scheduled & reserved once payment is made (payment method is Venmo @viva-pets). We confirm on your Venmo payment it was received. If you are certain of your request, please pay when you submit. You will receive booking & confirmation email in one.
4. All details pertaining to visits should be put on profile. Please DO NOT include in email & or booking request.
