CANCELLATION FEE: any booking cancelled after 6pm for the following day or same day cancellations will be charged for visit. Why we have these fees? Our schedule is finalized for the next day at 6pm. If we receive requests after this time the schedule of clients & caregivers needs to be completely redone.

Will you be updating your client profile with new info for these visits?
Please REVIEW & include ALL instructions on your profile not on this form or through email so we can ensure the entire team has consistent information. Your client profile is a google doc that is accessed with the emails(s) you submitted in your profile. We will also send a link in confirmation email if you have trouble accessing.
Will there be someone at the residence during the visit?
This is for our safety. 75% of our team is women & we want to ensure everyone is prepared for the situation they are walking into.

Visits are only RESERVED & SCHEDULED when payment is received. We will confirm on your Venmo payment it was received.
