Heres a couple helpful FYIs:
1. After you book online, we will send you an invoice with the total amount owed. When we receive payment, your visits will be confirmed, scheduled and reserved. We only accept payment using Venmo (@viva-pets). We confirm on your Venmo payment it was received.
2. Regular business hours are 9am-6pm.
3. All new clients will need to fill out a client profile detailing specifics for your pet(s) & their visits.
