CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS UPON APPROVAL

Here’s everything that will happen before your 1st booking is confirmed:

  1. Fill out the form by pressing the Book A Service button at the bottom of this page. (Our office hours are M - F, 9am - 6pm)

  2. We will verify availability & send over an estimate for a Meet & Greet and requested service. If you don’t hear from us within 48 hours, please check your spam, junk & promotions folder, in case our email landed there (No really, if you don’t receive communication from us - 99.9% of the time it is in some weird folder. We send a response to all potential new clients within 24 hours.)

  3. The Meet & Greet is required so that we can meet you, your furry friend(s), and review your client profile in detail. Masks are required at Meet & Greet.

  4. You will be asked to submit your client profile.

  5. When your client profile is received we will review it, share it with you so you can edit it at any time, and follow up with any clarifications we may need.

  6. We require full and up to date COVID-19 vaccination proof (with booster) for all services from all persons in household.

  7. We will send you a Venmo payment request. When we receive your completed client profile, full vaccination proof AND payment your Meet & Greet & requested service will be confirmed and reserved.
